I know you 're probably thinking you can 't live without him, but that shouldn 't be an alternative in life. The second reason is because you have family to take care of and support. Your family needs you the most, and if you end your life, it 's just going to make theirs a whole lot worse. If you do this you’re leaving all your brothers that you care about, for one that is in a better place than they are. Your brothers need you the most now, without them they can 't stand up to the socs. What 's better, losing one brother, or losing two brothers because one of them can 't live without the another. You know what they say right, “walk a mile in someone else 's shoes”. If you were in their shoes, how would you feel if lost two brothers in a day.
The third reason is that you are a hero, you saved many kids. If it weren 't for you Johnny and Ponyboy, those kids would 've died in that church. Everyone knows Johnny died a hero, but that doesn 't mean you should, not yet. You are a hero, everyone knows that. Do you really want to miss out on a chance to live life like a hero?
