Ike Turner was one of the first rock and roll musicians. Unfortunately, he got caught up and addicted to cocaine while he was married to Tina Turner. Ike abused Tina Turner, and that led to the couple's divorce, Turner later died due to a cocaine overdose. When he was still a popular artist, he came out with the song “Rocket 88” about the Rocket 88 car that was one of the fastest cars on the road at the time. When he left his house to record the song, he dropped his guitar amplifier. "We are listing that he abused cocaine, and that's what resulted in the cocaine toxicity," said Paul Parker, chief investigator at the medical examiner's office.
