Street racer is intended as a motor racing involving adolescents in groups during late night. The race always takes place on public roads without the permission of the authorities. This street racing activities done in the evening mass due to road conditions that are not packed with vehicles. Street racer known as "mat rempit" and often disturbing public order with the noise of motorcycle engines and their way of riding a motorcycle that can endanger the life of other road users. In addition, the motorcycle used by street racers usually have been modified at some certain parts. For example, modifications done on the engine in order to become faster and acclaimed as the head. This study will be carried out around the Penang. Further, the scope of this research also focused on the negative impact of involvement in illegal street racing and steps to overcome this social problem from continuing to occur. This study will be conducted in a common illegal street racing to facilitate this research.
