Fearless warriors from the north permanently impacted the world, which is still visible in today's culture and society. These brave soldiers are known as “Vikings”. Many things were unique in their culture that were left behind in today's society. Their cultural footprint includes architecture, language, infrastructure, military reforms, shipbuilding, and so on. Vikings were warriors who owned the Scandinavian seas between the 8th to the 11th century. Vikings ruled the Scandinavian seas, voyaging across territories as far and wide as Europe, Russia, Iran, and even Canada. This raid shocked Europe, particularly the religious community. Unlike previous assailants, these Rus people had no respect for Christianity, which allowed them to attack religious institutions like monasteries without hesitation. Christians and Vikings had completely different religions and rules in their culture, which resulted in murdering every monk at the monastery (World History Encyclopedia, 2021). But they were not attacking because of the hate, the reason was that these places were often left unguarded and vulnerable and exposed along coastal regions(History.com Editors, 2023). They took all the treasures and continued to do this for hundreds of years in England and elsewhere. The motivation for Vikings to explore the world was not only wealth-seeking. For the reason Vikings started exploration, most researchers agree that it was population pressure as the main factor. According to British archaeologist Steven P.
