I would work in the Imperial Oil which is engaged in the petroleum industry from last 138 years in Canada. I will work in the lower-middle management as an assistant administration manager in the company and hence will concern on practicing several management tactics perfectly.

The main assets for this Job include management of the day to day administrative tasks, take part in the functional level tasks by checking the operations regular basis, preparing growth reports and providing daily sales data to the head office. I would be given the human resource duties, managing the office and providing the required supply to the office staffs and when needed. (Peter, Udo, & UDUIMOH, 2016).

The threats in the technological environment include rapid changes in the technological aspects and change in the value chain structure whereas the opportunities for the company include improved production performance by using technology and technological developments (Ilesanmi, 2011). The threats of environmental aspects include weather, climate change, natural disasters, endangered species and environmental pollution whereas the opportunities for Imperial Oil include waste management and sustainability practices. The opportunities in the legal environment for the company include discrimination law, data protection, health and safety law, employment law, patient right law and consumer protection (Taiwo, Lawal, & Agwu,
