Good governance is something that has remains victim of poverty, unemployment, terrorism, contemptuous and derogatory activities since millenniums. Though we pass through the conrotatory and literal definition of good governance it may be defined as:

“Good governance is a process of making decisions and implementing decisions made, properly and effectively.”

it can be evaluated that god governance revolve around a process of decision making. It is all about making right decision at the right time and practically applying them and it is the duty of public servants , playing indispensable role in managing things, to apply all the decisions and prevent them to remain on just a piece of paper.

Balochistan is mineral rich province, Punjab is the soil of agriculture, Sindh has the longest river. Unfortunately despite having so many blessing the government could not utilize them for the prosperity of country.

Such reasons/causes leads to fatal consequences like brain drain; due to so many discrepancies and unlawful system, the impacts on human mind is very negative and instead of working optimistically they begin to remain depressed, an energy drain the way where it is not needed.

Despite living in such pressure of society there exist women like Malala Yousafzai, Sharmeen Obaid and Muneeba Mazarin, who bringing light in darkness.
