One new insight into writing

In any form of writing, logic would form the basis of a sound argument. If the argument is not logical, it cannot be further developed into a good one. Many people including me will find that having a logical argument is something that comes intuitively. However, after exploring ‘The Purdue Online Writing lab”, I discovered the mechanism of how to construct a logical argument which I feel is essential in developing a strong argument to support my stand when writing any piece.

Pertaining to the context of Geography, there are many case studies for me to analyse and develop my arguments. However, an economist may disagree and feel that premise 2 should be to maximize our land space for the building of skyscrapers. Therefore, with the knowledge of how different values will result in different logics, I can better discern the geography content that I possess and understand the reasons behind different people’s logic. This will allow me to have a more in-depth opinion with regards to my essay topic and thus produce a more insightful geography
