All human creations and actions are imperfect. This means that someday these human creations will fail, will fall, or crumble down. Since ancient times, people have tried to come up with ways to improve life, productivity, and health. However, upcoming solutions had dissipated over time and civilization has been forced to not give up and to adapt to the changes. Here we can see the huge role that perseverance has played in the creation of a better civilization. The success that we see today was due to the perseverance civilization dealt with in the past.

Agriculture was the main economic activity in the past. The techniques used before worked for a short amount of time, failing after several years.. These farmers had to come up with a way to improve these techniques so they will be able to function for a long time. If you think that you will obtain that goal by sitting your butt off and do nothing but wait, than you are completely wrong. For a human being to become successful and to achieve his or her goals, than you will have to work hard every single day of your life. Bill Gates and Steve Jobs worked so hard to become what they became. Bill Gates is considered one of the wealthiest person in the world, and how do you think he obtained that? By working hard obviously. The good things in life are not easy to get, you will have to work for your one dream. My dream or goal in life is to become a professional soccer player. I am planning to achieve this by working hard and training everyday, and I am aware that it will be hard. Sometimes you have to sacrifice yourself to become what you want to be, and sitting there doing nothing won´t help. Even if the odds are against me, I will persevere until I become a soccer
