Importance Of Quality Education

Quality education is a human right and a public good. Governments and other public authorities should ensure that a quality education service is available freely to all citizens from early childhood into adulthood. Quality education provides the foundation for equity in society. Quality education enables people to develop all of their attributes and skills to achieve their potential as human beings and members of society. Quality education is one of the most basic public services.

Following are articles which plays a role to the research framework that is required for this phenomenological study.
Kandiko and Mawer investigated the expectation and perceptions of students about the quality of their learning experiences about the higher education. Their conclusion is that, in order to overcome potential student dissatisfaction, educators should be more sensitive about their students’ expectations so that the results will be more appropriate with their level.

Hamid and Pihie(2004) conducted their research to examine students’ perceptions of the effectiveness of teaching and learning in business studies program. The findings were that all students highly agreed to the quality of the lecturers’ appearance. It means that the students held positive satisfaction towards the lecturers’ teaching methods and exhibited good qualities.
