America’s founding father’s ideals and our current government

The founding fathers is the collective name that receive all the leaders and pioneers that make the revolutionary war and subsequently independence of the United States happen. Most of them collaborate in the war of independence in the military forces and some helped redacting the US constitution, but in any case, their contribution to the cause was important and fundamental in the birth of the new nation.
There is not a definitive list of the founding fathers, however, most historians agree that the following names must be consider as key leaders in the revolutionary process and independence:
a) George Washington
He was the leader of the continental Army and key figure of the revolutionary war. He was selected by congress to lead the Army because his impressive appearance and quiet and confident manner. He was also the first president of the United States and one of the richest members of the colonies because his real state property and tobacco plantations.
b) John Adams
He was a popular lawyer in Boston, Massachusetts and played a key role in the American independence. During the war he was in charge of foreign affairs in Europe attaining important support and loans from European nations, especially from France. He also helped in writing the US Constitution and became the second president of the United States when Washington hand over the presidency.
