Based on what I have learned after reading the Preamble, as well as the first 7 articles of the Constitution. I believe the people have the most power in the constitution. There are many reasons to support my claim but I picked my three best details that supports my claim. My most important reason is the congress which is divided into two parts, the Senators and the house of representatives and they are chosen by the people. My second reason is that the Executive Branch is 100% answerable to the people because the whole country votes for him/her. My last reason is the people made the 6 goals of the constitution. These are my 3 reason why I believe that the people has the most power in the constitution. My most important reason is that the Senators and the house of representatives, which is two part of the congress are chosen by the people. This evidence which is the most important reason backs up my claim because the senators are picked by the people. And the quote “The Senators are chosen by the states (2 per state), and serve for 6 years” helps me prove it. I get why people think the legislative branch has most power because they can create the law even if the president vetoes. The people can’t do anything about that but the legislative branch can’t do anything if they didn’t get selected. My second reason backs up my claim because it means that the president listens to the people. The quote “The President is elected by the voters in every state, and serves for 4 years” from the article helps me prove it. He have to listen to the people because the people picked him and they can change the president if they feel like it. And that already proves that they are more powerful than the president and that is why it supports my claim that the people have the
