It regulates the transfer or sale of personal property. The UCC does not address dealings in real property. It standardizes business laws in the U.S. and seeks uniformity amongst the states (n.d., 2016). The code is divided into nine articles, each containing provisions that relate to a specific area of commercial law.

Dealing With Conflict and Hard Times When it comes to dealing with tough times such as going to internment camps or hiding from Nazi soldiers so that they aren’t taken to centration camps, there are three important questions that come into play; What motivates people to move through hard times and moments? , What can people do to help others going through tough problems?, and Who can people go to to help them through tough times or conflict? I think that people can best respond to conflict by staying strong through courageousness and always having people in their life to talk to.
The Holocaust is easily one of the worst events in the history of mankind. World War Two started in 1939 when a mentally unstable man by the name of Adolf Hitler invaded many countries. The 1940s were a crucial time all over the world with hardships and wars going on for years. Within these wars, two little girls that have been apart of it their whole lives, have shared their experiences through a diary and a book of stories. The best class to use Anne Frank’s diary in would be a life skills class because of how Anne shows how she deals with her own emotions and problems while she is in hiding. Life skills is a class that teaches students about being prepared, as well as physical, mental, and emotional health. First of all, students can learn how to deal with unpleasant situations. Some ways that Anne dealt with unpleasant situations were thinking about it, going to people that she trusted, doing things that she liked, and (obviously) writing in her diary. These are all learned social skills that can benefit students.

Anne Frank was speaking the truth when she wrote in her diary. She went into deep conversation, when she wrote in her diary. Sadly she never survived Auschwitz to tell her story in real life. If Anne survived the war I think it would have been better, she would have been able to tell her story in real life and explain any questions that we may or might have about her life and her time in Auschwitz.
The question has been raised whether or not people should continue to read Anne Frank’s “The Diary of a Young Girl.” This comes seventy-one years after World War Two, when Frank’s diary is among some of the most well read Holocaust books in North America. Surprisingly, Frank’s diary has sparked contentious arguments and debates as to whether or not it should continue to be read. Critics have suggested that it would have been better if Frank’s diary had never been published on the basis that the diary lacks educational historic value.
