INTRODUCTION
The continuous discussion within the criminal justice system on interceding specific strategies based around the significance of programming and policies, should contribute toward a result of the debate on what acts or processes are effective for that population/offender. The way people view the criminal justice system can be dissimilar. The incarceration of those who commit sexual crimes in america should be handled on an equal level regardless of mental health issues or environmental influences.There are those who are with the criminal justice system and there are those who stand for alternative intuition. The UK CENTER FOR RESEARCH ON VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN conducted a survey for advocates concluding typologies and descriptions, “...pornography, participation in prostitution, statutory rape, indecent exposure, child molestation, forcible rape, sodomy, incest, and online solicitation of sex with minors, to name only a few…” (Center for Research, 2010). Researchers who concentrate on the circumstantial areas of psychology, psychiatry, and criminal justice have practiced, researched, and measured literatures for over three decades to develop a better knowledge of sexual offenders and who they are. For a better understanding, the progress of grouping and computing sex offenders is based off of testing various classification conceptions. Intentions within sections of the research and literature are to discover similarities that can lead to enhance prevention, risk assessment, and/or treatment options with this targeted community and offender
