The continuous discussion within the criminal justice system on interceding specific strategies based around the significance of programming and policies, should contribute toward a result of the debate on what acts or processes are effective for that population/offender. The way people view the criminal justice system can be dissimilar. The incarceration of those who commit sexual crimes in america should be handled on an equal level regardless of mental health issues or environmental influences.There are those who are with the criminal justice system and there are those who stand for alternative intuition.
