Here the green colour signifies learners understanding of the lesson and can recall it in the future, Yellow signifies learners progression towards learning whereas, Red depicts the significant concerns of the students and seek teachers help in learning. • Encourage learners to use the sticky pad to write about the areas we covered in the class and paste them on the whiteboard to use them for further reference. This feedback method helps me to evaluate the percentage of learning and understanding generated by the learners. • Using Questionnaires format: Use the combination of open and closed questions to get generalise views of the learners assist me to judge the area of concerns that impede the learners from inclusive practice. • Having an informal conversation with the learners and get them reviewed the lessons and share concerns. This process helps to understand the success rate of teaching and any concern of learner considerate in future learning.
