The United States of America use to be known as the place to fulfill your dreams, however the American Dream has now been altered. The gap between the rich and poor is now exceeded. Presidential Candidate, Bernie Sanders once said "The issue of wealth and income inequality is the great moral issue of our time, it is the great economic issue of our time, and it is the great political issue of our time." In my opinion, I completely agree, considering income inequality is The United States of America's biggest problem, and most difficult to fix.

The issue is the increase in compensation is non existent. We continue to thrive towards a better economy that we have forgotten about the Americans that have fallen of track. The famous quote "The richer get richer, and the poorer get poorer" is the most realistic quote of todays biggest issue. Bernie Sanders wants to make tuition free at public colleges and universities throughout The United States, because not only will we have more educated people, it will better the inequality. Americans should not be denied an education, because of income. I see a bright future for The United States, but things need to change. I see so many people denied jobs, not because of the performance, but appearance. Strengthen laws on nondiscriminatory hiring, compensation, and promotion practices for women and minorities. The major factors that are shown as affecting the growing gap include education, globalization, labor markets, policy, taxes reforms, technological changes, racism, gender, and inequality in salaries and wages. America needs to start investing in its citizens.
America can not become great again, unless all Americans are able to actually have a chance to live their personal American dream. America is now petitioning and protesting to raise minimum wage to 15 dollars an hour. As I spoke about Raising Minimum Wage in my last discussion paper I feel this is the biggest key to help build a more reasonable
