Re-experience Chicago. When a person gets involved in Chicago, the community unites as a whole. Individuals will have each other's backs, crime and violence will decrease. As the citizens of Chicago enjoy adventures within the city, a closer knit community will be created. Chicago has endless fun and possibilities to get involved in. For the first weekend in June only, the city of Chicago invites everyone down to the river to enjoy multiple businesses and everything Chicago has to offer. We want everyone to experience Chicago and understand that Chicago is worth saving from violence. Chicago has so much to offer such as bus tours throughout the streets, beautiful bright lights in the night sky, the beautiful views of the skyline and delicious smelling cuisine. Chicago is a place of diversity, diversity that brings the community together. When people become involved, that community is unstoppable. We encourage everyone to come down the first weekend of June to re-experience Chicago and become part of the family.

Do they imagine the bustling city life? Deep dish pizza? Or even the American Girl Store? Another thing that should sadly come to mind is the high crime rate. Through our campaign, we intend to create a weekend event dedicated to bringing the citizens together. Various activities will be created allowing a special bond to form throughout the city populace. Activities including adventures in Navy Pier, Soldier Field and the Skydeck of Willis Tower. When the community taking part in this event comes together they will be in support to stop the crime because of the family-like bond formed as a result of this event. And individuals in a family don’t let other individuals cause violence and crime to anyone else. Our goal is to get people to see the city and understand why it is worth saving from the terrible crime and
