Healthcare should be a basic human right that all individuals should have access to. How this can be achieved is a very complex question with very little answers. However, if the mindset of all people can begin to understand and agree that it is a right rather than a privilege, then maybe motions can begin to take place to start providing healthcare to all human beings regardless of their status. There are millions of Americans who must suffer through these difficult times because this is the reality of their situation. Families in these categories end up losing their jobs, which ultimately lead to loss homes, vehicles because of the inability to make monthly payments (Jones & Kantarjian 2015).
