Heros today are very hard to find. From the power of the internet, to the desire for wealth and fame, and don’t forget all the tragic disasters that have been happening all over the world. Nobody seems to be standing up to it, we’ve all seem to ignore it and hope it will soon stop. Except for the pop star, Ariana Grande. And she has shown many good characteristics to prove so. For example, she is a very moving person, super inspiring, and has had many great accomplishments. These all add up to give her the title of hero. First off, Ariana has moved many people around the world with her actions and words. For example, on May 22, 2017 Ariana’s performance in Manchester, England killed at least 22 people and hurt almost 60 more because of the bombing (Hensch). To get the word out the fundraiser was shown in 50 nations and streamed via Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. So on June 4, 2017 she held “One Love Manchester” a benefit concert and raised $3.49 million for or a fund helping those hurt by the terror attack (Hensch). Grande had inspired so many people to donate to these terrible cause and about a week later there was reported to have been $13 million dollars raised (Hensch). Next, not only has inspired people in that why but she has also inspired people in other ways. For example, Ariana supports various charitable causes including Kids Who Care, a group she co-founded that raises money for charities in the South Florida region (Moore).
