My informative speech was about women in military. I viewed some negative and positive after about women in military. Men are approached with the opportunity first. Women had to prove they're capable joining the military as well as men. In my speech I talked about women started as nurses to help and treat the man during war. Slowly they started to enter the world of man. Years later women started to get there recognize in military. I uses this approach to conceive my advices women have proven them some over the years. What a man can do, a woman can do it better. Then why not end the difference of making the pros and cons list of women. There should be no doubt in people's mind a woman is weaker than man. My main idea was introduced in the introduction and the compared the difference of women in military back then and now. How the Government is changing their minds and sending women in the front line. In the beginning I painted a picture in my audience's mind. I gave them a explain of hero. According to the text “You may want to clarify a process with a word picture.”
Most people think of men when they hear the word hero. I wanted them to think differently and understand why I am talking about women and why it is important for us to understand women can be pictured as hero as well. I am a very confident person. I like to pick topics that can make a difference and make the person think of the topic to make a change.
During this speech I was very passive. I respect the military and when it comes to women I believe we had to work extra hard for people to recognize us. In my speech I stayed confident and made sure everyone in the audience hard what I had to say. My point was to paint the image of change in their mind. To think about what I am trying to say and why no one else is thinking about a change in the military. I made eye contact and made sure each person was paying attention and stayed awake during my speech to get my message
