“The American Dream”, a phrase that portrays life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for American citizens. In 1931, the American Dream was first publicly defined. “Historian James Truslow Adams used the phrase in his book Epic of America. Adams' often-repeated quote is, "The American Dream is that dream of a land in which life should be better and richer and fuller for everyone, with opportunity for each per ability or achievement." A variety of countries across the world are prohibited from doing many things that people do in America. Depressingly, there are young girls who are forced to be married at the ages of 10-15 to older men at the ages of 35 and up. In America, that would be considered as rape. A young woman becoming engaged with an older man that is three times her age is not acceptable. A minor is not required to be committed in a relationship if they do not obtain the full knowledge 12 years of education, and they have the responsibility of buying a home, having a job, etc. It is important for every young child to be able to attend school and to learn essential things they will refer by for their
