First of all let me tell you some background information about Yellowstone National Park. Yellowstone National Park is located in the Northwest Region of the United States. Old Faithful is as deep as seventy - two feet deep and the depth of Old Faithful is forty - two feet. It got its name from its consistent eruption. These eruptions happen daily with nearly ninety percent accuracy. Mammoth Hot Springs is located in Wyoming. The visitors can only tour and view the awesome hot springs from a distance because the boiling hot springs water. Lamar Valley is located in north-western Wyoming and is a favorite who enjoy wildlife watching. This valley is a perfect place to go hiking and camp at. Yellowstone Lake sits over seven thousand feet above sea level and is the largest body of water at Yellowstone National Park. The fresh water lake is what some people call angler's paradise. Norris Geyser Basin sits on a piece of a large volcano that lies on an intersection of earthquake fault lines.
