The discussion surrounding human nature has often been the topic of discussion and is explored in many literary works such as, Lord of the flies, To Kill A Mockingbird, and The Hunger Games. In Golding's novel, Lord of the Flies, Golding portrays human nature as inherently evil, which is an accurate depiction of the selfishness and violence of humanity.
