Don Lorenzo Servitje was born in MExico City the 20th of november of 1918. He used to run his own bakery called EL Molino from 1937-1945. He studied accounting at the UNAM. In 1945, he created Panificacion Bimbo with Jaime Jorba, Jaime Sendra, Alfonso Velasco, and Jose Mata. He was the first supervisor of Bimbo from 1945-1963. He was director and president from 1936-1981. He has been recognized many times for his great experience, example for every businessman and for being a person that is preoccupied for the good of Mexico. Roberto Servitje is Lorenzo's brother. He was born in MExico CIty in 1928. He studied humanities in Montreal, Canada and accounting in Escuela Bancaria y Comercial. When he was 17 years old, he started working at Bimbo as sales supervisor and then he created and managed the Department of Vehicles. IN 1979 he was the CEO of Bimbo. From 1994-2013 he was the President of the Board Committee. Daniel Servitje is son of Don Lorenzo Servitje. He is the current President of the Board Committee and CEO of Bimbo.
