Ltd. (Honda Group Company) gave me a great knowledge of plethora of technical work activities that are collectively carried out to economically manufacture a top quality product. There I worked in my capacity as an Engineer in Quality Assurance department. I was involved in the preparation of control plans, process standards, PFMEA, APQP documents. I used to conduct External & Internal Audits during development phase at supplier end to meet quality targets as per the Drawings & Specifications. I conducted capability study, repeatability study for new machines and equipments. I was responsible for Control of Drawing & specifications, preparation of Bill of Material, vendor development for new projects. There I had to communicate both internally within the company's different departments as well as externally with the suppliers and customers to make sure smooth flow of the process.
