Athletic administration in interscholastic sports programs takes on a more competitive approach. You have to manage the program more seriously, as well as find athletes and try to develop them into great athletes that will help the program succeed. Public Relations - Coordinates the information from the athletes to the media, which would then generate interest in a program and lead to the team’s promotion
Marketing- Find sponsors for the team, as well as handle business relationships with companies/corporate brands.
Legal/Ethical Issues – Deals with anti-doping rules, potential scholarship responsibilities, gender inequality, etc.
Development of Athletes- Would provide all necessary equipment, personnel, tools, etc. in order for the athletes to become the best player and teammate they can be.
