Only we can fully comprehend our thoughts and write them down on paper. After writing, we are the only one’s who can grasp the actual meaning of the work. When you are writing about yourself, it is more powerful. The reason being is because you can relate to yourself more than you can relate to another person. You know yourself better than anyone else
Week one: Reflection Paper Assignment The personality type that was indicated from my completion of the MBTI puzzle is introvert, sensing, feeling, and judging (ISFJ). I would say what surprised me the most about these results were the personality tendencies of sensing and introvert. The personality tendency of sensing says I am practical and cost effective. I performed the assessment on January 26th at 9pm, and the assessment is an abbreviation for "Myers–Briggs Type Indicator.” It describes people by dividing several categories such as “Extraversion or Introversion”, “Sensing or Intuition”, “Thinking or Feeling”, and “Judging or Perceiving.” As for me, the result is “ISTJ” which are introversion, sensing, thinking, and judging. The purposes of this assessment are to understand about myself, to build future plans for finding a job, and to improve my relationship with other people.

Overview I took the Myers-Briggs Personality test and tested as an ENTJ. I felt that the this gave me an accurate rating and felt that the description it gave was accurate. I went and read the descriptions for all the other personality types to see if any of them were a better match.
The myer-briggs assessment was fairly accurate and taught me many things I did not know about myself. I was very surprised to read how detailed each trait was described and how it fit my personality in real life. I could relate to many things mentioned about the people with ISFJ personalities. I learned that although I am an introvert, I can connect well with other people much better than other introverts. The type of friend I am considered to be is very loyal and although I may be closed off and protective in the beginning after I can trust you I can be a very trustworthy.
I have replied to two other types of personality other that mine, so I have decided to reply to one that is similar to mine. Based on the results of the INTJ personality type, I found it to be right on point as my behavior, career choices, etc. The few things I found that were a tad bit unlike me was the part on relationships and not being capable of readily grasping social rituals, by having little patience and limited understanding of small talk and flirtation.1 I can’t speak for other INTJs, but I have a great understanding all such . . . It’s just that I don’t care much for it. In addition, the findings found that our type is capable of disregarding authority.
According to the Myers-Briggs personality type indicator, there are sixteen personality types (Robbins, DeCanzo and Coulter, 2015, p.254). As you can imagine, a mix of personalities in the workplace can be both positive and negative. It can be positive because unique personalities bring different traits and ideas into the workplace. On the other hand, it could be negative when it comes to clashing personalities that cause unhealthy and petty rivalries. I took the Myers-Briggs personality test during my first CSU-Global class and it was able assists me with understanding my personality better.
When I took the Myers-Briggs Personality Test, my result was the description of ISTJs, Introverted Sensing Thinking Judging. From these results, ISTJs are inspectors with an acute awareness of what is right and wrong, especially when it relates to their interests or responsibility. This assessment does resemble my personality without a doubt. The ISTJs process a devotion to duty, and their motto is punctuality. I agree I have a dedication to duty and am a stickler for punctuality with the exception to reasonable cause.
Each of these characteristics describe me in some type a way. I am an Introvert because I rather be in a small group of people or by myself than in a large crowd of people. I am not a party girl and I tend to be very shy with people I do not know. I am intuitive because I love trying new things and hearing new ideas. I am not one to not listen to others thoughts and ideas.
After taking the personality test, it was revealed that I am a INFJ, noted as “The Protector” (Jung Typology Test, n.d.). The two letter temperament score I received was a NF or “Idealist,” “Counselor” (The Personality Page, n.d.). I – Introverted For this personality type, introverted is someone who is “meditative and reflective” (Kroeger, 2002) and “thinks through a problem so we understand it” (The Personality Page, n.d.).
According to my Find Your Strengths (N.D) inventory, my personality is categorized as mainly intrapersonal and interpersonal. Intrapersonal means that I like processing new information by myself. I prefer to sit and think or write about my thoughts rather than verbalizing them in a group. Oddly enough, my second highest strength is interpersonal. An interpersonal learner prefers “talking it out” among peers in groups or in one-on-one
This score remains to be in the middle of the spectrum, making me an ambivert, leaning slightly to more of an introvert. I agree with these results. Whether I am more or less outgoing depends on the situation I am in. Around certain groups of friends I am more social and speak first, while in other groups I wait to speak and listen most of the time. Being a senior in high school, I am comfortable in my environment.
Personality is defined as the combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual 's unique character. Personality theory is the approaches to understanding the “What”, “How” and “When” of characteristics and features that make up an individual 's personality. An insight into personality is important to understand the function of a person’s mind. By doing this you would be able to understand and observe your own psyche from an outside perspective, interact with others better and understand why they do what they do or predict how someone may react to something. My personality can be describe as Introverted since I am reserved, practical and quiet.
