I, Timothy Derbidge, declare independence from iPhones. For too long, this phone has attempted to pull me into is nefarious ways of simplicity and ease of use, yet it's slower and less efficient than other products. The Apple company created this monster of a device to pull people away from the real world. I have used it too much and it's time for me to make a stand and address these issues. We spend thousands of dollars a year on apple products that are in no way better than any of the cheaper options in recent years. They seem to be a "premium" option for people who want to spend more money and a less effective product in terms of speed and productivity. They don't even have buttons on the front of the screen anymore and don't have a way to put in your own earphones without one of their special products. Apple wants everything to be about them so they make special (and overpriced) options for their items that are more of a hastle than any form of convinience. They overprice their products for the amount of options it has. They make it inconvinient for non-apple users to use their products. The speeds of the devices they offer are on par with other products from other electronic companies, yet they charge 200 or more dollars for them. People are brain washed by anything Apple gives and it's time for us to stop. Others and I have displayed our grievences to Apple through many social media outlets, yet the Apple company has ignored us because everyone is still buying their products without any issues and their stocks are higher than ever whenever they release a new phone or laptop. More people pay these "premium" prices for a more simple operating system on their phone that tends to have less options than other products on the
