As a “Hennessey Venom F5” blazes past, everybody hears the roar of the engine. It is the most beautiful car people have seen because of its Aerodynamic design. It is futuristic, well developed, and above all FAST. Then how did it get that fast? After all, it is not all about power, it is about how the car moves through the air. This is called Aerodynamics. What is Automotive Aerodynamics? Automotive Aerodynamics is the physics of how air moves around a car. How does it help benefit people? It helps by saving people gas mileage up to 5% less gas in certain situations. Automotive Aerodynamics is an important concept that helps the world in a way that people don’t think about. Aerodynamics also benefits people in different ways besides gas. It helps sports cars, supercars, and hypercars. It sounds weird but there is a difference between hypercars and sports cars. Hypercars are 700 to 1000 horsepower and more …show more content…

A supercharger is a type of turbine that takes air and condenses it to make it cooler and easier to feed the engine. A type of supercharger is called a turbocharger. People usually think of turbos instead of superchargers. But superchargers are the general name for it. If you have a supercharger you tend to take horsepower up to another 45%. It is another aerodynamic thing that most people don’t think about. Technically it is because of aerodynamics, in general, is how air moves so if it is fed into a turbine it is moving so fast that it ends up changing some of its properties. “Zenvo” is famous for having lots of superchargers in order to make their cars fast. Instead of aftermarket stuff like “ProChargers” that you would do yourself. “Zenvo” made their first model called the “ST1” it means supercharged and turbocharged. They made the newest model called the “TSR-S” which means it is twin supercharged. There is also such a thing called twin turbocharged which is more
