Columbus Johnson English 3A Ms.Antenore Ethan's story is closely related to a more modern Tragic hero. a Modern tragic hero doesnt have to focus on someone with noble or heroic status but can follow that of a normal everyday commoner.Classic tragic heros are usually born with a destiny or heroic ability while Ethan did have a potential he was born with anything "special". Ethan's tragedy lies in what his life could have become had he been able to free himself from Starkfield.He couldve freed himself at first as a very young man at at the age of 28.
