Is It Fair To Have A “Male Vs. Female” Argument?
Men and women deserve to be treated equally it's unfair that men on average get paid more,that women have different standards and there are a lot of people who believe women cant be leaders. More equality is needed in the workforce sports and politics. Wouldn't it be scary as a female trying to be a politician? Females aren't as involved in politics because of different standards and harsher judgement. There's also different standards in athletics everywhere.unfortunately gender discrimination still continues in the workforce. It upsetting how people seriously debate on whether or not woman should fight in war,become president and own large companies.

The Association shall promote an atmosphere of respect for and sensitivity to the dignity of every person. It is the policy of the Association to refrain from discrimination with respect to its governance, policies, educational programs, activities and employment policies including on the basis of age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, creed or sexual orientation. It is the responsibility of each institution to determine independently its own policy regarding nondiscrimination.”(NCAA) Thankfully womans are making more progression in sports. This year thousands of women will run the Boston Marathon without even knowing the bravery a young woman took in 1967. As a female I appreciate the risk taken by these woman that will allow me to have more of a voice and more of a choice in who I want to be. If a female does the same thing as a male then all opportunities for all genders should be equal.
