But it is not created equal. The reason I think this is because not everyone is able to achieve that dream of theirs, because either they don't have enough money, or they don't know how to get to the point where they can achieve it. They also do not have enough experience because again, they do not know how to get to the point where they will be able to achieve it and live happily. It is a version of commonweal, common well-being, and well-being that is held in common and therefore mutually supported. Churchwell - a. The American Dream was to be believed to be “some version of an upward social mobility and the American success story or self-moved man.” (Churchwell) It was also to be believed to be the dream of what someone wanted. The reason I think the American Dream is important is because it is important that everybody has a dream. Another reason I think the American Dream is important is because it is good, everybody has one, because then they have something to look forward to and can work towards it to make it come true. Over the years, the American Dream has evolved. The way that it has evolved over time is because everyone has their own dream. One version of the American dream is “so that every American old and young, rich, and poor, black, and white, the executive and the laborer, the general and the private, the noted scholar and the schoolboy could all sit together reading in their own library provided by their own democracy. What this means is that everybody, no matter your race, gender, or religion, can do something together.
