I performed the assessment on January 26th at 9pm, and the assessment is an abbreviation for "Myers–Briggs Type Indicator.” It describes people by dividing several categories such as “Extraversion or Introversion”, “Sensing or Intuition”, “Thinking or Feeling”, and “Judging or Perceiving.” As for me, the result is “ISTJ” which are introversion, sensing, thinking, and judging. The purposes of this assessment are to understand about myself, to build future plans for finding a job, and to improve my relationship with other people. By using the assessment, I can recognize what I need to do in order to develop several skills such as communication or attitude. Also, they tend to dislike changing situations and they might lack flexibility because they are principled. This kind of people need to take a long-term view since they focus on current, specific, usual situations. In addition, they need to be sensitive of others feelings because they can easily ignore delicacy of relationship. Lastly, they have to open other possibilities because they tend to persist in their method and thought. I am going to integrate these knowledges into my resume. For instance, I will emphasize that I am an organized person, I follow the rule of the workplace, and I can the job fast and accurately. While interviewing, I will introduce several anecdotes about this experience such as projects or volunteer activities I have ever had.
