Many people dream of performing on stage, being a part of brilliant performances and productions. I, on the other hand, dream of working behind the scenes, and of being a part of the team that makes these performances and productions possible. Music and the arts are my passion, and I plan to work in the management, promotion and advocacy of arts organizations both nationally and internationally. Pursuing an M.A./M.B.A. dual degree in Arts Administration at the University of Cincinnati is the next step for me to achieve my life goals. Ever since I started playing the piano at the age of 8, I have developed a great love for the arts. As a music major, I have spent my entire undergraduate career surrounded by music, performing music and teaching music. I am currently a senior music education major at Ithaca College. I study under Gordon Stout, Professor of Percussion at Ithaca College. I serve as the President of the Percussion Arts Society of Ithaca College. As president, I promote the formation of percussion performances and education in the Ithaca community.
