The Radiology Office of Research Administrative and Training is an advocate for staff and students of the Department of Radiology and its partners with its supported research and research orientation. JHM objective is to promote innovative opportunities and to assist in accepting new grant requests and keeping existing grants.
JHM is known for its two National Cancer Institute (NCI) located in Maryland. The NCI are two comprehensive cancer centers, and they are certified by the National Consortium of Breast Centers (NCBC). JHM is an exclusively medical establishment in the state with the top designation achievable from the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons. JHM performs a variety of new clinical trials and research for cancer treatment. JHM is hoping to cure and put a stop to cancer. JHM has a group of volunteer …show more content…

JHM’s vision, “ Together we will deliver the promise of medicine”(). Its mission is, “ to improve the health of the community and the world by setting the standard of excellence in medical education research and clinical care” (). By JHM having an insight on the mission, vision and goals can enhance employees involvement, motivate participation in the hospital’s strategy and deliver a message to the community about their tendency and management. JHM goals are very simple and realistic. JHM goals are to be number one, committed to outstanding quality and service by motivating curiosity, seeking knowledge, and developing new solutions. They want to show leadership in health care while aiming to inspire others to perform successfully and have the wisdom to make the right decisions.
