Aaron Kosminski may have been Jack the Ripper in the Jack the Ripper investigation, according to some. He was believed to be violent, for instance, and had a history of mental illness.
He also worked as a barber-surgeon, therefore he had the anatomical knowledge needed to carry out the murders.
However, there is no conclusive evidence linking him to the murders. Also, while he was in hospital, he rarely, if ever, showed any tendencies to anger.

Some would contend that James Maybrick was Jack the Ripper. For instance, a diary that appeared to confess to the killings was discovered in his house. There is no further evidence connecting Maybrick to the killings, and the diary's credibility is vigorously contested.

In the Jack the Ripper inquiry, in my opinion, MJ Druitt was Jack the Ripper. For instance, he had the anatomical knowledge required for the killings because he was trained as a doctor.

In addition, he was fired from his position as a barrister just before the killings, which would have incensed him.
Additionally, his parents had unexpectedly passed away in 1888, which would have caused him to get angry before turning to murder (possibly as a coping method).
Additionally, no more homicides were committed after he carried out suicide in the River Thames in December 1888 (perhaps as a result of guilt).
