Ideologies have been in existence for years. Ever since we humans have evolved, we all developed our own ways of thinking but the reality of it is that we tend to be heavily influenced by our surroundings. Now the problem with this is whether propaganda is a technique or phenomena? Can it be used for good intentions or bad ones? We all have our opinion and views towards certain elements but do our surroundings really have an impact on our opinions? How are people being influenced by such a thing on a daily basis? Even if it can be used in various ways, the question that lies is whether it still exists in our modern society or not.

This is evident that the dictators of the future will learn to combine these techniques to survive the democratic institutions and be able to demonstrate the truth through a reasonable argument. Huxley concludes that, “a democracy must rely on what he calls “rational propaganda” in order to exist”. This can also relate to what Ernst Jackh’s views on propaganda. In his view, “politics and advertising were not only compatible but inseparable: Politics and advertising are therefore quite compatible and indeed they need each other and yield a fruitful companionship” (Correy Ross, 8). Therefore, the concept of democracy has a positive implication because it is linked to a notion that they value. As well, propaganda gives massive importance to gain approval of respected and authoritative social institutions such as the church, in order to allocate its authority and prestige to the
