These large organizations have the power to influence the prices of supplies. Chapter 3 RBV: Jamba Juice is on the right track of focusing on its image of being a premier brand. The collaboration with Nestle will give it a slight edge and help increase the diversity of the items in its menu. This competitive advantage in line with the acceleration of franchising and opening of stores in non-traditional locations will help increase sales and net income of the company.
