He killed 17 people in some of the most gruesome ways possible. His gruesome killings still circulate today in the form of T.V. Shows and documentaries -. On May 21, 1960, Jeffery Dahmer was born to Lionel Dahmer, his father, and Joyce Dahmer, his mother, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Jeffery lived there for two years before his family moved to Ames, Iowa, so his father, Lionel, could work on his PhD in chemistry. Two years later, one of the most traumatic events in Jeffery Dahmer’s life happened. Dahmer became upset and smashed Hicks’ skull with a barbell. This knocked him out, and Dahmer finished the job by strangling him. Over the next couple of weeks, Dahmer would methodically strip the flesh off the bones, and bury the bones in the backyard (Jeffrey Dahmer Timeline).
