Jeremy Finch is a protective and loving brother, a loyal friend, and an obedient son who undergoes changes throughout To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. The changes he goes through ranges from being unaware of how cruel the world can be to realizing that the world isn’t always going to be a great place. Jem Finch’s actions and the way he treats his sister, truly show the various ways that he has come to be a dynamic character. In the beginning of the novel, Jem has a close relationship with his sister. Scout who is not only related to Jem, but is the narrator of the story.
