Classes are held every Sunday morning from 10:00 am to 11:30 am for all levels of yoga. Each session varies, so expect to be supported, challenged, coached and engaged every week. Despite the sessions being in a group, we focus every detail and attention to your various needs. Join with a small class for various and individual exploration of the many aspects of yoga. Group classes are only done every first Friday of the month. Workshops are also offered every second Friday of each month. We hold master classes valuable to yogis, yoga teachers, and ordinary individuals. Everyone can join and discover the amazing world of yoga. One-on-one Sessions Work with me closely or with one of my expert teachers to work personally, deeply at your own speed. We are here to help you achieve your personal goals, whether to focus on your mental well-being or work with your injuries or health issues which require a personal touch.
