Jeffery Kent Powell, forty-five, and Billie Jean West, sixty-three, were two of the main victims in Jeremy Doss Hardy’s shooting incident. People from Western Oklahoma, traveling on Interstate 40 called in to the police at about midnight, stating a “possible road-rage incident”. Unfortunately, Powell’s wife was riding in the vehicle with him when he was shot and killed by Hardy’s bullet. Roughly nine miles where Powell ended after being shot, police discovered another vehicle on the shoulder of the exact same road.
