Drew is the dynamic character. He is dynamic because he goes through some important decisions that involve school and basketball. Mr. Gilbert wanted to be his bodyguard and give Drew whatever he wanted. Drew began to believe his own hype. Drew and Oliver took Mr. Gilbert's awesome sports car for a spin.
4th Hour Charley Poole District Performance Event Jimmy Valentine was a man that changed his life from robbing banks and being in jail to successfully owning a shoe store. Jimmy valentine is a famous, or rather infamous bank robber that just got out of jail. He found a new town that he would like to stay in. He also goes by the new name of Ralph Spencer. Jimmy Valentine was truly dedicated to living a moral life because he changed his name, he was about to give away his robbery gear, and he gave up crime to start a shoe company.
1.) Introduction A hero never rests. A hero is someone who acts with justice and helps others. examples of hero’s are Ponyboy, Johnny and Darry. Ponyboy is a good person who risks his life for others in need.
Heroes are all around you but you just need to find them. In the novel The Outsiders Johnny is a hero. S.E. Hinton uses Johnny Cade's vulnerable personality and broken home life in The Outsiders to suggest that heroes do not have to be perfect.
Jimmy Valentine is a deflated balloon. The balloon should always be inflated with good actions, but bad actions can cause the balloon to deflate. Once the balloon does not have any more air, it is hard to fulfill with air again. The balloon represents the difference between an honest life and a dishonest life. Because Jimmy Valentine was truly dedicated to living a moral life, Jimmy Valentine quit robbing banks, started making a living, and he was about to marry Annabel Adams.
Then throughout the book he changes and makes multiple friends and learns to trust others. Samuel Collier is a dynamic character because his longing and fears change throughout the book. First, Samuel Collier is a dynamic character because his longings changed through out the book. On page 100 it says, “‘Then a thought strikes me. ‘Richard, you need armor.’”

While the Lieutenant was daydreaming about Martha, Ted Lavender, a soldier of Alpha Company, was killed by a gunshot to the head on his way back from relieving himself. Jimmy blamed himself for the man’s death. He blamed himself because he was distracted with thoughts of Martha instead of his own soldiers. “He loved her more than anything, more than his men, and now Ted Lavender was dead because her loved her so much and could not stop thinking about her, (O’Brien, 96).” After grieving over the soldier’s death, Jimmy decided that he would change.
A Dynamic character is a character who undergoes an important inner change, as a change in personality or attitude. In the play The Crucible the character Reverend Hale changes from a dedicated Puritan, who supports the court and their decisions, to someone who supports the people, and had total belief in the innocence of all those mconvicted and hung in Salem. At the beiging of the play reverend john hale was strict with accusations made from the court. When he entered salem he was faced with the accusation of tituba conjuring.
He had finally lost the mindset of a highschool boy, gazing about even the idea of his crush wanting him back. The chapter exposes growth from one of the main characters, Jimmy Cross, as he loses the idea of Martha being a factor in his Vietnam
Jimmy Cross is the first lieutenant who carries pictures and letters from Martha, the woman he loves who—sadly—does not love him back. The pictures and letters from Martha symbolize Jimmy’s longing to be loved and comforted. It is ironic that although he is the first lieutenant who is expected to take charge and lead others, yet he never took charge of his own love life. This is a regret and burden Cross carries to the end of the story. “It was very sad, he thought.

The Crucible has a hand full of dynamic characters that undergo changes throughout the trials. One character, in particular, is John Proctor. John Proctor is debating on whether it is an exceptional idea to confess to the court because he does not want ruin his reputation. John later admits to his affair to save the lives of his loved ones.
In The Color Purple written by Alice Walker dynamic characters shape the storyline. A dynamic character is a character who changes throughout a story as a result of the conflicts they encounter during their journey. A perfect example of a dynamic character is Miss Celie. Throughout her life Celie faces challenges that she conquers by standing up despite her fears. Regardless of her oppression she takes a stand and changes her fate.

Pierre’s protagonist Vernon God Little is an agreeably significant character when it comes to the general meaning of the text, categorising the novel as of one of initiation. Vernon is in a stage of teenage-hood, where he is neither a grown up nor a boy, who begins to be confronted with the reality of life.
