Jinnie's Jinny-Personal Narrative

Jinny was your average twenty eight year old. He lives in China and grows rice on his farm in the mountain at Altun Shan, a lower area of the mountains. Everyday Jinny would go out and tend to his fields with a size of one acre. Jinny has always liked rice. He is very curious about stuff like once he mixed rice and gum together to see what it would be like. He also has something illegal, a pet panda. If someone finds out about it then he will most likely go to prison Jinny woke up one day and looked around his room. What he saw was an open cage and open door. Jinny was confused at this. His panda has gone missing during the night! Jinny started panicking because if the police find out that he has a panda as a pet than he could go to prison …show more content…

He had woken up many times in the night from being uncomfortable in his sleeping bag. After getting his campsite packed up he started walking through the lush forest. After a few hours of walking in the woods Jinny saw someone that appeared to be looking for something. Jinny being curious went up to the man and introduced himself. His name is Jeff and he said something about looking for his voice but he didn't sound like he lost his voice. Jinny thought to himself that this guy is idiot. Jeff had some food and Jinny thought that it could help him so thinking Jeff would probably die alone out here he let Jeff tag along with him. Jinny and Jeff reached the end of the forest and reached a steep cliff with wood planks on the side of it to walk on but it was getting late so they set up camp for the …show more content…

He waited for Jeff to get up because the boneless pizza and coke don't sleep. We reach a rocky area close to the top of the mountain. This is where it gets dangerous because rocks can fall at any time or someone can stumble and fall off the mountain. They headed up the mountain being careful not to make noise so rocks won't fall on them. Jinny was so anxious because he had a feeling his panda was here so he wanted to go fast but he knew he would risk his life if he did. They reached the end of the rocky area and reached an area with grass with frost sparkling on top. Jinny spotted his panda close to a reddish, orange light. Jinny knew it was lava and ran to save his panda. He ran as fast as could and the panda walking to the lava slowly. Jinny ran faster than he ever did and picked up his panda right at the edge of the lava pit and Jinny jumped and ducked into a ball around his panda. He hit the ground hard on the other side of the pit. Then Jinny unrolled and looked at his black and white panda and smiled. He had saved his panda. The trek down the mountain was much easier than the way up in two ways, Jinny had Jeff and the living food to help him and second he wasn't worried about his panda anymore. The second one was way more important to Jinny than the first one. It took them around two days to get down to Jinny’s house. Jinny barely had any food so it felt very good to eat a decent amount of food.
