For many people love is such a special thing in our lives it's something that most of us strive for us in our lives. Whether it's love from just one person, our kids, family, or just friend in our lives. In the Chaser by John Collier there are different points of view about love the way they perceive love is different the main characters each have their own view. There is the view of love being cheap and a view of love being something that they want from that one special person in their lives. Some people see love as a positive thing and others have very negative views about what love is or could be. Most of the time our experiences in life are our reasons for our views on how we perceive love. I agree to a point, but I do not think that is right at all. "It would be no good charging that sort of price for a love potion (collier 1). This quote seems to be saying that love is worthless it isn't worth as much as something evil in life. You shouldn't want to spend a lot of money on something so worthless such as love that is one of the things that I see this as meaning. "That is just a dollar"(collier 3). This quote was how much he thought the love potion was actually worth. I say think about what we see a dollar as these days, not much I say.Especially compared to the evil spell he had in which was 5,000 dollars.
