Using your own insights into high school, identify a minimum of two serious problems and propose recommendations for addressing them. Accordingly, we should take action to change education for the better. We should be ashamed of today’s education system. These improvements, however onerous they maybe, are crucial to the success of the future generations. If education fails to evolve with our society, then we will be destined for collapse. In today’s education system we lack individualism, and promote non critical thinking skills. The current education system is completely devoid of individualism. From my experience, the average classroom has about 25 students. Due to the large number of students, there is a lack of one on one time between the student and teacher. For some students it is necessary and extremely beneficial for the student to receive the one on one attention. The lack of individualism is due to big class sizes. In order to reduce class sizes more teachers can be hired. By hiring more teachers, the average class size will go down. In order to attract more teachers, new teacher incentives can be added thus increasing the amount of applicants. Our district education budget can be slightly shifted in order to accommodate more teachers. These solutions will result in a more prosperous future class. The solutions are intuitive and can be implemented easily. We can and should take a few simple steps to address the education of the
