On Friday, November 22,1963 at 12:30 p.m., John F. Kennedy was publicly assassinated in Dallas, Texas while riding in a convertible through a presidential motorcade. Kennedy was shot by two bullets, the second being a fatal headshot. The assassination of John F. Kennedy has been a topic of controversy for over five decades and by appealing to the public’s fascination with JFK, conspiracy theorists have increased fascination for the political history of the 1960’s. Subsequently, many millennials filled with “conspiracy fueled curiosity”, continue to investigate and in turn desire the need to know. Research shows that conspiracy theories undermine the population’s assurance in concrete topics such as climate change, and vaccination. Conspiracies theories surrounding global warming include the biggest ideas that (1) that man made global warming is a hoax, the idea that the greenhouse effect could be the one causing global warming being totally false (2) the American people really have all wrong "The polar ice is increasing, not melting away. Polar Bears are increasing in number”. Although the evidence for rapid climate is compelling, one of its main skeptic is President Donald Trump, who believes that "The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive." His illogical claim on global warming caused America to be one of three countries who did not sign the Paris Agreement, an agreement to bring all nations to battle a common enemy, climate change. The United States withdrawal from the Paris Accord as the world's largest economy and the largest source of greenhouse gas emissions makes us partly responsible for an ever growing issue, that President Donald Trump chalks up to merely a Conspiracy
