John Marrow’s vision for his shop is to lay impeccable emphasis on more stock and more stores as stipulated in their business philosophy. This has helped them in assuring their partners both manufacturing and retail uncompromised integrity when it comes to surplus product redistribution. One of the most recognizable fundamental principles in this business is the philosophy of landfill where by good foods are not allowed to go into waste. This is achieved by ensuring that they work hand in hand with potential retailers, big brands and even manufacturers. One of the key issues that make this business thrive is the opportunity of disposal. Over the past, disposal has been a process that is relatively uncontrolled to the extent that unscrupulous and exploitative market traders have dominated the market whose promises of exacting the standards have conspicuously been watered down and have thus failed such that these market traders fail to resell. Moreover, these traders have also witnessed myriad other challenges that have hindered their business for instance, repackaging of their products or proper disposal of their goods. This challenge was rather tapped by Marren’s community shop to make the most out of in a case where they noticed a reseller whom they could truly trust and therefore the company grew to what it is to date. Later in the process of business, most of their contacts decided to shift from frozen foods to other food retail businesses. This happened when a renowned soft drink processor or manufacturer which is European in nature launched one of their products in United Kingdom with a serious challenge of inappropriate bottle top. This oversight therefore required more than a hundred and eighty palettes to be changed by very trustworthy redistributors. Because Marren’s business was well armed with a cold store, other than the portacabin that acted as their office, they were then extended that opportunity and later on they did seek different partners who helped them in the redistribution their moving stock to the secondary market at a retail
