Each person by nature is the leader, so as not to say that this quality is not inherent in everyone. Wherever we are: at work, in the family, with friends, we always show this quality. It's just that each person has his own specific style and form of this quality of character. Someone's leadership is bigger, somebody's is less, but this quality can be developed in itself and become a true leader in all spheres of life, where necessary. But, we can’t say that leadership like a mathematics and two plus two is equal four. Leadership is different for every circumstance. A modern leader should have a huge energy reserve and I think this is the most important quality in our time, because without great energy you can't make anything happen. Everywhere vanity, noise, mess, and from that quickly you get tired. In addition, the leader should not only be energetic themselves, but also charge others with this energy of those around them. It helps and attracts people. The last guest speaker gave us three main advises. That three points actually makes every person to think differently and to try to learn from the outer world what reality needs. What is the way for success. Also, that ways are helping leader to learn how evaluate themselves and adjust their actions for that specific mission. The advises wear to consider local ownership, to be patient and as a military leader to know that military is part of the answer. So, generally be out of the box
