Johnny Manziel is a player that was selected in the first round of the National Football League (NFL). He was a starter for the Cleveland Browns. He was supposed to be the player that helped the team out of the bottom of the league. This was until people started to see who he really was. Johnny was a person who liked to party all of the time and did not care about his image. The Browns dropped him and he is no longer playing in the NFL. Mr. Manziel regrets his conduct. If I was the agent of Johnny Manziel the two products that I would have him endorse is Gatorade and Pepsi. Gatorade is associated with big names and teams in all sports. Gatorade is one of the most popular sponsors in football as well. To increase ticket sales at the Miami Dolphins games the 4 market theories that I would use to increase sales would be price, product, place and promotion. These are the 4 P’s. Price means that the product should always represent good value for money. This does not mean that it has to be the cheapest available. Product should fit the task that consumers want it to do. Place, the product should be available in the best spot and easy to shop. Promotion is advertising, sales and hype. All of the 4 P’s can be obtained using social media. I would lower ticket prices and have different promotions for the team throughout the football season. The second marketing theory is Maslow’s hierarchy. I feel it is the most important theory. It starts with the physiological needs. The stadium needs to have food all around the arena, clean bathrooms and drinkable water. The next stage is safety. The stadium must have a high level of security. The third stage is love and belonging. The stadium must be a safe and fun family destination. The third marketing theory is consumerism. Consumerism is the amount of happiness that fans
