On Friday July 29,2016, at approximately 2:30 pm, Security Counselor Patrick Johnson of the inspire Nola Charter School Association Security Department, currently assigned to Edna Karr High School , Located at 3332 Huntlee Dr, in new Orleans Louisiana, 70131,had an occasion to investigate the misplacement of a laptop cart containing multiple laptops. S/C Johnson offers the following report. On Friday July 29,2016 at approximately 12:00pm Mr. Chris Reed a teacher at Edna Karr High school discovered a cart containing multiple laptops next to the trash dumpster. Mr. Reed brought the cart back into the school and reported his findings to head of school Harold Clay.

This is a case study about a young man by the name of Korey Wise who was wrongly incarcerated in the Central Park Jogger case of 1989. Due to being the age of sixteen he was the only one out of the five boys wrongly accused to be sent to an adult prison. In this prison Korey was victim to many forms of abuse, physical and mental to name a few. He was found guilty despite the lack of evidence. None of the DNA samples or Semen matched up with Korey.
Korematsu v. United States: Fred Korematsu’s Case On February 19, 1942, during World War II, President Franklin Roosevelt passed the Executive Order 9066. This authorized the U.S. military to move thousands of Japanese citizens from places deemed crucial to national safety and possibly defenseless against infiltration. The military immediately used this power to issue a ban on all people, “immigrant and non- immigrant,” with Japanese lineage. Following this ban, captivity camps were set up to hold Japanese Americans, extending along the entire West Coast.

On October 21st 2015 at approximately 0945 hours, Investigator Akins and Investigator Smith assisted board of Parole officers in the apprehension of absconder Douglas Scott Stillman. Mr. Stillman was taken to the Investigation's office, where he was made aware of his Miranda rights. Mr. Stillman waived his rights and agreed to speak with investigators about Case 15-22230, which lists him as a suspect involving Theft of Property. Mr. Stillman stated that he had taken the antique doors to refinish them for Ms. “Kay”. Mr. Stillman stated he had stored the doors at his house located at 27723 Nichols Loop Rd.
The Donald “Dax” Cowart presents a clear case in which the costs of requiring policy to defer to physicians' credo outweigh the potential benefits. The costs include patients' suffering and loss of liberty and physicians' involvement in hastening certain death, while the potential benefits are possible recovery and restoration to health for the patient and protecting the integrity of the medical code. He was repeatedly declared to be competent by a psychiatrist during this period. In Cowart's case, the value of patient autonomy may have ultimately outweighed a physician's responsibility to avoid participation in patients' death. Andersons cases was not the only case were a person was convicted of a crime and was later exonerated, when the DNA evidence came to light. According to Clare, 2012, Cornelius Dupree was in prison for 30 years in Texas, for a rape he did not commit, but one witness identified him as the criminal. Derrick Williams spent 18 years of his life behind bars for a rape charge and was later exonerated due to DNA. Johnny Pinchback was released from a Texas prison after 27 years behind bars. He was proven not guilty by the DNA evidence that proved the witness had misidentified him as the perpetrator.
This case is based on the McMartin preschool which is located in Manhattan Beach. Owner of the school was Peggy Buckey and Virginia McMartin. Ray Buckey was son of Peggy Buckey. Virginia McMartin was grandmother of Ray Buckey. Ray was blamed of sexually molesting a 2-year old boy.
